Yoga Prices: How Much Should Your Yoga Studio Charge For Classes?

As you can imagine, you will sweat profusely at this very high temperature while you are performing yoga. It is believed that this high temperature is very good for you. By keeping the temperature this high your muscles will become warm very fast. When your muscles are warm, it is much less likely that you will cause an injury to your muscles. Your muscles will flow easier when you stretch them and you will be able to stretch even further than if you were in a room at a "normal" temperature.

But a few months later, a friend of mine talked me into going to another Yoga class with her. Being the Yoga expert that she was, she had her own mat; and she even had an extra for me. I scoffed at her when she asked if I wanted her to bring it for me. I think my response was something like "I don't need your fancy mat". But being the girl she is, she brought it for me anyway. And that was when Yoga became a whole new ball game for me.
